Describe the material and the job
Loose soil, bags, tools and pots create different loading and unloading tasks. Record the dimensions of bulky items and the likely mass of dense material. A large bed can exceed its rating before it looks full.
Then describe the route, including gate width, gradients, uneven ground and storage. The return trip matters too: an empty cart still needs to turn, park and fit through the same constraints.
Read the right manual
Gorilla’s product-resource library is useful because model numbers and configurations can differ. The GOR400 listing is a manufacturer reference, not evidence that it is identical to every historical GOR400-COM version.

Do not transfer a rating between similar-looking carts. A model-specific instruction takes precedence over a generic category description.
Treat unloading as part of the decision
A tipping bed may change the work of unloading, but it also has its own operating procedure. Check latches, clearance and the required ground conditions. A flatbed or removable side can serve a different task from a dump body.
Ask whether the planned contents need controlled placement rather than bulk dumping. The most useful cart is the one that suits the entire job, including cleaning and storage, not merely the largest advertised capacity.
What remains untested
We have not measured pulling force, load stability, corrosion or long-term durability. A future evaluation would document the exact cart, assembly, load distribution, route and repeated cycles, and would remain within the manufacturer’s limits.
